- International students that’s holds a valid visa GPA of 3.0 (4.0 scale)

- The Award will be Renewable with achievements of GPA of 3.0 at UM-Dearborn
- English language proficiency test score must be 6.5 in IELTS, TOEFL (IBT-80, CBT-213, PBT-550), or MELAB (76).
For Transfers:
- Candidates especially international students that’s holds a valid visa
- GPA of 3.5 (4.0 scale)
- Full-time degree seeking enrollment at University of Michigan Dearborn
- Award will be renewed with achievements of GPA of 3.0 at UM-Dearborn
- English language proficiency test score must be 6.5 in IELTS, TOEFL (IBT-80, CBT-213, PBT-550), or MELAB (76).
